Delivery is free from 500 euros, in France, at home or at a relay point.
You can choose between several delivery options when placing your order. The associated costs are calculated and displayed according to the option chosen and the amount of your order.

International

Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. They are calculated and displayed when placing the order. They depend on the location of the customer and the estimated weight of the package, as well as the delivery option chosen.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery option chosen. Estimated lead times are also displayed when placing the order.

For parts in stock, delivery times are generally 3 to 5 business days.

Some of our pieces are only available for pre -order.

Why ? this allows us to produce more responsibly and adjust volumes as accurately as possible.

RETURNS TERMS AND POLICY

To make a request, please write to the following address: hello@auberlitys.com, within 14 days of receipt of the order.

The return is the responsibility of the customer, by the carrier of his choice and at his risk. It can be done, within 14 days maximum, by post. Products must be in their original condition (unworn).

REIMBURSEMENT DEADLINES

Once your return has been received, the refund is made within 15 days.
