    My order

    Has my order been taken into account?

    Upon acceptance of your payment, you are redirected to a payment confirmation page. You will then receive a confirmation email summarizing the details of your order. If you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder. If necessary, we invite you to contact our service indicating the date and the amount of the order.

    I still haven't received my order, is this normal?

    Delivery times are indicated in the product section when placing your order. Some of our parts are only available for pre-order, which means that, in an ecological approach, the part will be produced especially for you after your order has been placed. A little patience, then. However, if you really believe there is a problem with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us via the contact form or at hello@auberlitys.com.

    Is it possible to cancel my order?

    Following receipt of the order confirmation email, it is no longer possible to cancel your order. However, you can return the items you do not want, up to 14 days after receipt (see below).

    What should I do if I received the wrong products, or if an item is faulty?

    At Auberlitys, we produce responsibly, and pay the greatest attention to the quality of our products, and the smooth running of orders. However, if there is a problem with your order, do not hesitate to contact our customer service via the contact form or at hello@auberlitys.com. (In case of defective product, please attach photos to your email).

    Exchanges and returns

    What are the return terms?

    To request a return, please write to the following address: hello@auberlitys.com, within 14 days of receipt of the order.

    The return is the responsibility of the customer, by the carrier of his choice and at his risk. It can be done, within 14 days maximum, by post. Products must be in their original condition (unworn).

    What are the reimbursement deadlines?

    Once the return has been received and accepted, the refund is made within 15 days.

    What should I do if I do not receive your emails and your newsletter?

    You can enter your email address in the field at the bottom of the page.

    How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

    Sign into your account. In the "Information" section, uncheck "I subscribe".

    Do you keep bank details?

    No banking information is stored on our site. Your bank details are entered directly on the secure server of our partner PAYPLUG. The banking information you provide, encrypted on your own computer, will never circulate unencrypted on the Internet.

    Payments and discounts

    Is the payment secured ?

    Payment is 100% secure. All information exchanged to process the payment is encrypted using the SSL protocol. This data is also not stored on our computer systems.

    I paid by credit card but did not receive a confirmation email.

    Check that the confirmation email is not in your spam folder. Confirmation may take a little time, when bank verification takes time. If the problem persists, do not hesitate to contact us via the contact form or at hello@auberlitys.com.

    Our products

    Do you have a store or showroom to try the products?

    We do not yet have a store or showroom to try out the products. Products that do not suit you can be returned (see return terms). We plan to open a showroom in a few months, subscribe to our Newsletter (field located at the bottom of the page) to be informed!

    How to combine the parts? How to fix them? What parts can I combine?

    To close a top, or a bottom, you must button it on a belt.

    You can combine any top with any bottom, and any belt.

    The sleeves are sold with the detachable parts with buttons allowing them to be fixed on any top.

    The stockings are sold with the detachable parts with buttons to convert them into two lengths.

    I have lost or damaged a sleeve or bottom fastening button part, what should I do?

    How do I maintain / wash my Auberlitys outfits?

    The fabric parts are machine washable. We recommend a delicate wash at 30°. Remember to detach all detachable TPU elements before putting in the washing machine. We recommend hand washing these detachable TPU parts in cold water.
